Our Objectives
Four Diamonds Charitable Trust is established as an after-school and holiday care programme to provide an inclusive, enriching, fun experience and to give children who are neurodivergent, have special needs, or have a disability a sense of belonging in a mainstream facility, with dedicated staff trained to cater to all their needs.

The mission of Four Diamonds is the pursuit of the following principles.
Commitment
Four Diamonds aims to foster social friendships and strong interpersonal skills, and to instil a sense of hope for the future.
Responsibility
The focus of Four Diamonds is to empower children to set goals and follow through on commitments.
Possibility
Four Diamonds aims to broaden children's perspectives, helping them become aware of the full range of life's possibilities.
Support
An individual is dramatically influenced by their support system. Four Diamonds wants to surround these children with a caring, inclusive, safe, supportive environment.
We believe in these four principles (4 diamonds) that help foster healthy, growing relationships in the development of all our children's lives.

Our Keys to Success

Establish a strong network of support with the local disability support services and the community. Launch a series of fundraising events that will successfully fund this programme. To help support more families who require placement for children with special needs, including after-school and holiday programmes. Establish an effective training programme for supervisors that will increase their ability to be successful communicators.
