Objectives
FOUR DIAMONDS Charitable Trust is established as an after school and holiday care programme to provide an inclusive, enriching, fun experience and to give a sense of belonging in a mainstream facility to children who are neurodivergent and may need the extra support with dedicated staff who are trained to cater for all their needs
Our Mission
The mission of FOUR DIAMONDS is the pursuit of the following principles:
Commitment: FOUR DIAMONDS wants to inspire social friendships, strong interpersonal skills, and instil a sense of hope in the future.Responsibility: The focus of FOUR DIAMONDS is to empower children in establishing goals and following through on commitments.Possibility: FOUR DIAMONDS wants to expand the perspective of children to make them aware of all life's possibilities.Support: An individual is dramatically influenced by their support system. FOUR DIAMONDS wants to surround these children in a caring, inclusive safe supporting environment.
We believe in these four principles (4 diamonds) that help to provide healthy growing relationships in the development of all our children's life.

Our Keys to Success
Establish a strong network of support with the local disability support services and the community.Launch a series of fundraising that will successfully fund this programme. To help support more families requiring after school, holiday programmes for neurodivergent children where they have the extra support.Establish an effective training programme for supervisors that will increase their ability to be successful communicators.
